Services Provided:

Manual excavation, foundation concrete, fence installation, site restoration, coordination with federal agencies

Challenge:

This project required meticulous work across the Eisenhower Executive Office Building and Treasury Building, with strict limitations on equipment and access. No gas-powered machinery was permitted; all excavation, material movement, and unloading were completed by hand or with vacuum trucks. Tight security coordination with the Secret Service added to the project’s complexity.

Result:

Spencer Construction safely executed all foundation and fencing work under extraordinary constraints. Crews installed 8-foot and 10-foot ClearVu fencing, spikes for security deterrence, and custom concrete foundations. The project demonstrated exceptional planning, precision, and adaptability in one of the nation’s most secure environments.
