Challenge:

Covering more than 150 miles of the Arizona border, Tucson Large required extensive design-build coordination, on-site material production, and erosion control measures across rugged and environmentally sensitive terrain.

Result:

Spencer Construction led design and construction activities, sourcing most materials on-site through crushing and wash plant operations. The project delivered robust structural protection, durable access roads, and advanced erosion prevention, supporting CBP’s mission across southern Arizona.
