Challenge:

Managing a 260-mile corridor of border infrastructure required large-scale coordination and constant communication across multiple agencies. Crews worked year-round in harsh conditions and remote areas, performing everything from road grading to tunnel remediation.

Result:

Spencer Construction successfully delivered extensive maintenance and repair operations, improving agent safety, access, and infrastructure durability along the El Paso sector. The project remains ongoing, setting new benchmarks for performance and reliability in long-term border maintenance contracts.
