Challenge:

The California Make Safe project encompassed multiple border infrastructure improvements across difficult and environmentally sensitive desert terrain. Crews worked on steep slopes and in extreme heat, completing concrete pavement, drainage systems, and access roads under demanding conditions.

Result:

Despite weather challenges and complex grades, Spencer Construction delivered durable, safe, and easily patrolled infrastructure. The project closed critical fence gaps and ensured long-term maintainability for U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
