Marie Heberling

Overseeing commercial fleet operations with precision and care, Marie ensures every vehicle is maintained, utilized, and compliant with safety and D.O.T. standards. Beyond logistics, she leads business development efforts and builds strong, lasting relationships with drivers, clients, and vendors. Her leadership and attention to detail make her an essential force behind our continued growth and success.

Fabian Rodriguez

Awarded Employee of the Year in 2022, Fabian is a talented and versatile teammate. He has a diverse skill set ranging from welding and fabrication to concrete work, operating equipment, and mechanics. His positive attitude and constant smile uplift the team every day.

Enrique Gonzalez

Known affectionately as “Pops,” Enrique began as an operator and has since risen to the role of foreman. He is a perfectionist and has meticulous attention to detail.

Xavier Burrola

As our Materials Operations Director, Xavier plays a critical role in producing and supplying the materials that power our construction projects. From batching and crushing to ensuring every product meets exact specifications, he oversees it all with unmatched expertise. His deep knowledge, strong leadership, and unwavering dedication are instrumental in driving our success every day.

“Establishing the Materials Department at Spencer has been a major milestone in my career. I’ve led efforts to make different types of material and remote areas, and cost-control strategies that support civil and Federal projects across California, Arizona, and Texas. From bid development to field coordination, our team is focused on delivering high-performance solutions that align with MSHA, OSHA safety standards and project goals. It’s been a privilege to build this foundation and help drive Spencer’s continued growth.”

Francisco Saucedo

Pancho may look intimidating, but he’s a softie at heart and one of our most valued superintendents. Starting his career as an operator, he has worked his way up to become one of our top-ranking superintendents. Known for his unwavering composure, even in the most challenging situations, Pancho was proudly recognized as Employee of the Year in 2023.

Dee Westling

Known for his unwavering dedication and sharp eye for detail, Dee keeps our fleet operations running like a well-oiled machine. As our fleet manager, he brings efficiency, precision, and a deep commitment to excellence. Dee’s behind-the-scenes efforts are vital to our success, and his reliability makes him an indispensable part of the team.

Julio Solis

As Construction Manager of our Heavy Civil Division, Julio leads with precision and purpose. He oversees day-to-day project execution while providing hands-on support to field teams to ensure operational excellence. Julio also builds strong client relationships and actively pursues new opportunities, driving the division’s continued growth with vision and determination.
