Challenge:

Located in remote terrain with steep slopes up to 55%, Tucson Small required specialized methods for concrete paving, drainage evaluation, and erosion control. Efficient on-site material production was critical to meeting cost and schedule goals.

Spencer Construction produced 100% of aggregate and rip rap materials on-site, ensuring quality and efficiency. The project delivered long-term structural protection and improved access, demonstrating Spencer’s technical expertise and adaptability in challenging environments.
